            Volleyball Recap: Windsor Charter Academy Firebirds vs. Severance Silver Knights        
        
		
        
        
            If Windsor Charter Academy was feeling good  fresh off their  3-0 takedown of Rocky Mountain Prep SMART on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Windsor Charter Academy came up short against  the Severance Silver Knights on Tuesday, falling  3-0. The  match marked the first time this season in which the Firebirds were not able to get on the board.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17,  25-14.
 Taylor Smith paced Windsor Charter Academy's offense, picking up five kills. Smith got some help from  Garrett Ogden and his five assists.  Brady Johnson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
 Severance can attribute much of their success to  Eli Osborne, who  had 12  digs and one  assist. That's the most  digs  Osborne has posted since back in April of 2024.  Austin Mizner also deserves some recognition as  he  had his first  dig of the season.
Windsor Charter Academy now  has a losing record of 2-3. As for Severance,  with the  victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-6.
 Windsor Charter Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-0  defeat against Stargate School on the 21st. As for Severance, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Arrupe Jesuit at 5:30  p.m.  on April 1.
