Baseball Recap: Grape Creek Takes a Loss

Grape Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 14-0 to the Jim Ned Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 last Friday.

Grape Creek saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lane Kluesner, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Grape Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Jim Ned, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-3.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. As for Jim Ned, they will take on Merkel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
