Liberty County has gone 10-0 against Wewahitchka recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Liberty County Bulldogs will head out to take on the Wewahitchka Gators at 7:00 p.m. Wewahitchka took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Liberty County, who comes in off a win.

Liberty County will bounce into Monday's game after beating Blountstown, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Liberty County came out on top against Blountstown by a score of 57-45 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Wewahitchka played a tough contest back in December of 2024 in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt an 88-30 defeat at the hands of Arnold. The Gators were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 56-18.

Kaden Brooks was Wewahitchka's leading scorer, having posted 11 points. Bryce Ethridge held things down on the boards with four rebounds.

Liberty County's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.6 points. As for Wewahitchka, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Liberty County took their victory against Wewahitchka when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 59-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for Liberty County since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
