Soccer Game Preview: Skyview vs. Gateway

The Skyview Wolverines will venture away from home to square off against the Gateway Olympians at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Skyview is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

Last Thursday, Skyview earned a 3-1 victory over Adams City.

Meanwhile, Gateway hasn't lost a match since September 16th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Tuesday. They never let Thornton get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The victory continues a trend for Gateway in their matchups with Thornton: they've now won four in a row.

Gateway now has a winning record of 6-5-1. As for Skyview, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Skyview skirted past Gateway 3-2 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Do the Wolverines have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Olympians turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
