Softball Recap: Perry Pumas vs. Basha Bears
Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell just short of the Basha Bears by a score of 7-5. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Perry of the 24-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.

On Basha's side, they got a great performance from Natalie Fritz as she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off ten hits (and not a single walk).
