Basketball Recap: Taylor Allderdice Dragons vs. Westinghouse Bulldogs
The Taylor Allderdice Dragons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They breezed by Westinghouse on the road to the tune of 105-33. Taylor Allderdice has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 26 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Logan Golle, who shot 5-for-8 from long range and dropped a double-double on 32 points and ten assists. He hasn't dropped below three steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Azerick Jetter, who scored 20 points along with five assists and four steals.
The win was the fourth in a row for Taylor Allderdice, bringing their record for this year to 16-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 80.3 points per game. As for Westinghouse, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
Taylor Allderdice will head out on the road to square off against the Commodores at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westinghouse, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Vikings at 2:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Sto-Rox is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
