After flying high against Mattoon last Wednesday, Herrin came back down to earth. The Herrin Tigers took a 61-43 bruising from the Centralia Orphans on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 89th, while the Orphans are ranked 27th).
