Softball Recap: South Pike Takes a Loss

South Pike and Greene County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but South Pike had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 20-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Pike's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Greene County, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat South Pike by a score of 20-0 later that day.
