Saguaro piles up the points against Dysart

The Saguaro Sabercats won the last time they faced the Dysart Demons, and things went their way on Thursday too. Saguaro blew past Dysart 87-49 on the road.

Saguaro got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Alexa Simpson out in front who scored 22 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Simpson has scored at least 25% of Saguaro's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Marley Jackson , who went 6 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 22 points and 3 assists.

Saguaro's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Dysart, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saguaro won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North at 7:00 p.m. on December 1st. American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games. As for Dysart, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Poston Butte at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
