Camelback was forced to take a big loss against South Mountain on Monday, they got the better of them on Thursday. The Spartans' pitchers stepped up to hand the Jaguars an 8-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Spartans: when they faced off against the Jaguars on Monday, they had to take a 17-7 defeat.

Camelback's record is now 5-14. As for South Mountain, their loss dropped their record down to 2-16.

As for South Mountain, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Sierra Linda at 3:45 p.m. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Jaguars surely won't give up without a fight.
