Volleyball Recap: Longview Falls Despite Big Games from Aubrey Orban and Landry Tubb

Longview lost against Rockwall back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lobos lost 3-0 to the Yellowjackets. The Lobos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20, 25-16.

Longview's loss came despite strong showings from Landry Tubb and Aubrey Orban. Tubb had 21 digs and one assist, while Orban had 14 assists and nine digs. Tubb has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Longview's defeat dropped their record down to 21-11. As for Rockwall, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-15 record this season.

Longview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Royse City on the 7th. As for Rockwall, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 win against North Forney on the 7th.
