Softball Game Preview: Greene Central Rams vs. West Craven Eagles

Greene Central is on a 20-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and West Craven a six-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Greene Central Rams will look to defend their home field against the West Craven Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Friday just wasn't the day for Greene Central's offense. They lost 16-0 to Washington on Friday.

Meanwhile, West Craven came up short against Farmville Central on Friday, falling 13-6.

Izabella Sutton made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-4. Angelina Smith was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of her four plate appearances.

Greene Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for West Craven, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10.
