Mason Robert bolinger leads a balanced attack to beat Gainesville

Recap: Heritage Hawks vs. Gainesville Red Elephants

The Heritage Hawks entered their tilt with the Gainesville Red Elephants with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Heritage enjoyed a cozy 58-44 win over Gainesville on Monday. Given Heritage's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 23rd, while Gainesville is ranked 258th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Heritage's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mason Robert bolinger, who scored 22 points along with four blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Robert bolinger has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Barron Ofosu-kwarteng, who scored six points along with six assists and six rebounds.

Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Gainesville, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

Heritage will be playing at home against Brookstone at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Gainesville won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Jackson County at 7:30 p.m. on January 16th.
