Basketball Recap: Knox County Takes a Loss

Knox County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They fell 63-55 to the Brashear Tigers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 60-46 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Knox County's loss dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Brashear, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Knox County will head out to take on Scotland County at 7:30 p.m. on February 11th. Scotland County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven matches -- so hopefully Knox County likes a good challenge. As for Brashear, they have already played their next game, a 56-28 win against Madison on the 7th.
