It was a good run, but Lincoln unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Skyline Spartans by a score of 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Lynx have suffered since May 9, 2024.

Lincoln saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marcus Versaw, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases. Ian Wu was another, earning two runs and two stolen bases.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Skyline, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 8-11 record.

Lincoln does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skyline, they have already played their next game, a 5-3 victory against Tournament Opponent on the 29th.
