Volleyball Recap: Waukesha North Takes a Loss

Waukesha North lost against Muskego last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Northstars fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2.

Waukesha North took Muskego into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-17, 25-15, 24-26, 15-8.

Ryanne Eagon paced Waukesha North's offense, picking up 12 kills. Eagon got some help from Ariel Thao and her 18 assists. Eagon also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lexi Christie, each putting up three.

Waukesha North's defeat dropped their record down to 18-18. As for Muskego, their record now sits at 17-22.

Waukesha North does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Muskego has already played their next contest (against Brookfield East), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
