Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Batavia). Everything went their way against the Pittsford Panthers on Monday as they made off with a 13-1 victory. The Blue Devils not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since May 20, 2024 (when they won 16-0).

The win made it two in a row for Batavia and bumps their season record up to 2-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Pittsford, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.

Batavia will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Panthers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
