Soccer Recap: Andalusia's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over

If Andalusia was feeling good fresh off their 7-0 takedown of Headland last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs came up short against the Carroll Eagles on Friday, falling 3-0. Andalusia were red-hot offensively heading into the match (they scored no less than four goals in the four contests prior), but Carroll's defense proved too tough.

The defeat snapped Andalusia's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-10-2 record. As for Carroll, they pushed their record up to 8-7-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coincidentally, Andalusia and Carroll will both be playing Charles Henderson the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will head out to face the Trojans at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, while the Bulldogs will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
