Assumption is a perfect 10-0 against Davenport West since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Knights will look to defend their home court against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m.

On Friday, Assumption was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 33-29 to Pleasant Valley. The loss put an end to the Knights' undefeated start to the season.

Meanwhile, Davenport West hadn't done well against Davenport North recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Falcons put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 78-54 win. The Falcons not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since January 10th (when they won 59-33).

Davenport West's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Assumption, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Assumption strolled past Davenport West when the teams last played back in January by a score of 49-30. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
