Sage Creek piles up the points against Rancho Bernardo

The Sage Creek Bobcats entered their tilt with the Rancho Bernardo Broncos with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Sage Creek really took it to Rancho Bernardo for the full four quarters, racking up a 61-30 win at home. This was payback for Sage Creek, who suffered a 20-0 loss the last time these two teams met.
Sage Creek was led to victory by Elijah Stephens and Elias Samady. Stephens dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds, while Samady scored 23 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which Stephens has scored at least 25% of Sage Creek's points. Another player making a difference was Tegan Olson, who scored 7 points.
Sage Creek's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Rancho Bernardo, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sage Creek will take on Oceanside at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rancho Bernardo, they will be playing at home against Mt. Carmel at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th.
