 San Juan entered their tilt with Grand County with five consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with six. They narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Grand County Red Devils  8-6. This was a revenge  game for San Juan, as the team was forced to settle for  a  4-3 defeat when these two played  last Friday.
 San Juan let  Branten Bethea and  Parker Snyder loose on the outfield. Bethea  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-5, while  Snyder  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brody Bilbao, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 On Grand County's side, they saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ean Ellis, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 San Juan's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Grand County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
 San Juan will head out on the road to  face off against  Montezuma-Cortez at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Grand County, they will be playing at home against American Leadership Academy at 3:30  p.m.  on Monday.
