Basketball Recap: Teton Comes Up Short

Teton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 55-29 to the South Fremont Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Timberwolves this season, with their most recent defeat being a 55-39 loss last Friday.

Hayden Larson was nothing short of spectacular for South Fremont: she dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten boards. Thanks to that strong game, Larson now owns an excellent 46% field goal percentage. Another player making a difference was Kenzly Neville, who went 5 for 9 en route to 15 points and five rebounds.

Teton's defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for South Fremont, their win bumped their record up to 19-3.

Teton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Fremont, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-48 loss against Sugar-Salem on the 5th.
