Basketball Game Preview: Centennial Broncos vs. Milford Eagles

Centennial hasn't had much luck against Milford recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Centennial Broncos will be home for the holidays to greet the Milford Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Centennial is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They secured a 50-44 W over Fairbury on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Milford put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Lincoln Lutheran 61-11. Fans of the Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Centennial's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-2. As for Milford, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
