Volleyball Recap: Prince Avenue Christian Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Prince Avenue Christian came into Thursday's contest having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Miller Grove by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Prince Avenue Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rowen Hudson, who had six aces. Those six aces gave Hudson a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Laney Peppers, who had six digs and two aces.

Miller Grove lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Taylor-Raye Evering, who had nine assists.

Prince Avenue Christian's record now sits at 10-21. As for Miller Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 24-6.

Prince Avenue Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Providence Christian Academy on the 6th. Miller Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
