Softball Recap: King's Academy Knights vs. Milpitas Trojans

King's Academy won the last time they faced Milpitas and things went their way on Thursday too. The King's Academy Knights sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 9-7 victory over the Milpitas Trojans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Mia Bennette made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. Bennette was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 2-for-3. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
