Basketball Game Preview: Cedar Reds vs. Roy Royals

Having just played yesterday, the Cedar Reds will jump right back in to play the Roy Royals at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Roy took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Cedar, who comes in off a win.

Cedar saw some tournament action on Friday. They managed a 47-42 win over Northridge. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Reds.

Meanwhile, Roy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 66-64 heartbreaker at the hands of Emery.

Roy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Cedar has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record.
