Basketball Game Preview: Clarinda Cardinals vs. Underwood Eagles

The Clarinda Cardinals will face off against the Underwood Eagles on Thursday. Clarinda will be strutting in after a win while Underwood will be coming in after a loss.

Clarinda took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They strolled past Shenandoah with points to spare, taking the game 65-49.

Meanwhile, Underwood had to suffer through an 80-52 loss at the hands of Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center.

Clarinda's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-12. As for Underwood, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-5.
