Sacred Heart Prep strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Hillsdale Fighting Knights by a score of 2-0. For the Gators, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Fighting Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2018.

Poema Ueligitone paced Sacred Heart Prep's offense, picking up nine kills. Ueligitone got some help from Kiley McGibben and her ten assists. Sofia Peypoch controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Sacred Heart Prep's win bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Hillsdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Sacred Heart Prep has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Notre Dame on the 20th. As for Hillsdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Harbor on the 20th.
