Baseball Recap: Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres vs. Concordia Prep Saints

Sts. Peter & Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 12-5 walloping at the hands of the Concordia Prep Saints. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Sts. Peter & Paul of the 14-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

For Concordia Prep's part, Liam DeVincenzo was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over 5.1 innings pitched. DeVincenzo was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.
