It's playoff time, and Pine-Richland had no trouble coming through when it counted. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Shaler Area Titans 42-10. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten contests by 29 points or more so far this season.

It was another big night for AARON STRADER, who threw for 107 yards and three touchdowns on only eight passes. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last four times he's played. KHALIL TAYLOR got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 17 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of TAYLOR, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown. Another bright spot was a punt return touchdown from him.

Pine-Richland didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of ELIJAH HILL and TAYLOR. TAYLOR got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory was the ninth in a row for Pine-Richland, bringing their record up to 10-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.7 points on average over those games. As for Shaler Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Coming up, Pine-Richland will challenge Moon Area at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Shaler Area does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
