Soccer Recap: Hendersonville Wins Going Away Against Wheatmore

With a playoff win on the line, Hendersonville rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the Wheatmore Warriors 8-1. It was an even better day for Adam Schnitzer as he scored three goals for his team.

The win got Hendersonville back to even at 9-9-1. As for Wheatmore, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Hendersonville will challenge Union Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Union Academy will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Hendersonville surely won't give up without a fight. Wheatmore does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
