Soccer Recap: White Knoll Comes Up Short

White Knoll managed to keep up with Lexington until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. White Knoll lost 4-1 to Lexington. The result was an unpleasant reminder to White Knoll of the 0-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Their goal came courtesy of Yassil Gomez Alvarado, who's now up to four this season.

White Knoll is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8. As for Lexington, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
