Volleyball Recap: Aquinas Takes a Loss

Aquinas lost against Fox Creek back in August of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Fightin' Irish fell 2-0 to the Predators.

While Aquinas ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21.

Fox Creek found their leader in sophomore Ellie Warner, who had seven digs and two aces.

Aquinas' loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Aquinas has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Harlem on the 14th. As for Fox Creek, they will welcome Evans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
