Basketball Recap: Hoffman Estates Comes Up Short

Hoffman Estates was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 52-40 to the Conant Cougars. The Hawks were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cougars from their previous meeting back in January of 2025.

Hoffman Estates now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Conant, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Hoffman Estates will take on Wheeling at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Conant, they will challenge Fremd at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
