It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Manhattan had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Haysville Campus Colts. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Manhattan took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13.

Manhattan can attribute much of their success to Janie Hilgers, who had 11 digs and two assists. That's the most assists Hilgers has posted over her last six contests.

Manhattan's win bumped their record up to 26-8. As for Haysville Campus, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-27 record this season.

Manhattan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Derby on the 25th. Haysville Campus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
