Basketball Recap: Southeast Lauderdale Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Southeast Lauderdale challenged Kemper County on Friday. The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers fell to the Kemper County Wildcats 33-29. The Tigers have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Southeast Lauderdale's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Kemper County, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 21-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southeast Lauderdale will host Our Lady Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kemper County, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Perry Central at 7:00 p.m.
