Football Recap: Eastpointe Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Eastpointe had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They had to suffer through a 45-6 loss at the hands of the Chandler Park Academy Eagles. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastpointe will challenge Clintondale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chandler Park Academy, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Summit Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
