Basketball Recap: Make It Eight in a Row for Warwick

Warwick put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Cocalico Eagles 61-36. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season.

Warwick pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 20.2 points. As for Cocalico, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-4.

Warwick will take on Palmyra in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Warwick's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Cocalico, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Conestoga Valley at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
