Basketball Recap: Parkview Christian Takes a Loss

Parkview Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 73-14 loss at the hands of the Santee Warriors. The Patriots were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-6.

It was another big night for Miley Pike, who posted 28 points for Santee. Another player making a difference was Alexiah RedOwl, who had 16 points.

Parkview Christian's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-6. As for Santee, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Parkview Christian will face off against Hamburg on Monday. As for Santee, they will square off against Boyd County on Tuesday.
