Volleyball Recap: Pacifica Comes Up Short

Pacifica lost against Buena back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Pacifica Tritons took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buena Bulldogs. The Tritons' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Pacifica started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-15.

Pacifica's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Buena, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pacifica will square off against Rio Mesa at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Buena, they will take on Dos Pueblos at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
