Volleyball Recap: Frederick Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Frederick was the 3-1 winner over Linganore when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cadets fell 3-1 to the Lancers on Thursday.

While Frederick ultimately came up short, they really made Linganore work, particularly in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-14, 15-25, 29-27.

Despite the defeat, Frederick saw an underclassman step up: freshman Kailyn Bryant had 14 digs.

Frederick now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Linganore, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

After both having extra time off, Frederick and Urbana will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Linganore, they are taking a road trip to face off against Tuscarora at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
