Basketball Game Preview: Morton Potters vs. Washington Panthers

The Morton Potters will face off against the Washington Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Morton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Washington likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Morton strolled past Dunlap with points to spare, taking the game 73-54. The Potters haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Washington didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Canton on Friday, but they still walked away with a 38-32 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Morton's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-6. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.8 points over those games. As for Washington, their win bumped their record up to 10-16.

Morton was able to grind out a solid victory over Washington in their previous meeting back in January, winning 46-33. Will Morton repeat their success, or does Washington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
