There's no place like home for Parker, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 49-41 victory over the Camp Verde Cowboys on Friday. The Broncs haven't had any issues with the Cowboys recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Eli Baldenegro threw for 120 yards and two touchdowns on only five passes. Zamir Milazzo was his top target, picking up 120 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Camp Verde's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Justin Smith, who rushed for 153 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. Smith has become a key player for the Cowboys: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-2 otherwise. Brayden Walsworth was another key passer, throwing for 148 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Parker's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Camp Verde, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-3.

Looking ahead, Parker will face off against Scottsdale Preparatory Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Camp Verde does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
