Soccer Recap: Tuesday's Loss Ends Green Canyon's Winning Streak

After flying high against Mountain Crest on Monday, Green Canyon came back down to earth. Wolves fell 3-1 to the Sky View Bobcats on Tuesday. Green Canyon were red-hot offensively heading into the contest (they scored no less than four goals in the five matchups prior), but Sky View's defense proved too tough.

Green Canyon's goal came courtesy of Guille Garcia, who's now up to four this season.

The defeat snapped Green Canyon's winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 8-2 record. As for Sky View, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Green Canyon didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Logan on the 17th. As for Sky View, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Ridgeline on the 17th.
