Baseball Recap: Lewis & Clark Comes Up Short

Lewis & Clark suffered their biggest loss since May 4, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against the Cheney Blackhawks, falling 12-1. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blackhawks earlier this season, when they won 5-0.

Lewis & Clark has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for Cheney, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Lewis & Clark will challenge Ferris at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cheney, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mead at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blackhawks are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
