Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Mountain). They never let the Cortez Colts onto the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Jaguars as they're now sitting on three straight.

South Mountain is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those five matchups. As for Cortez, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

South Mountain will host Browne at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th. Cortez has already played their next game (against Coronado), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
