Austin Jackson of
North Canyon (Phoenix) announced his college commitment live with MaxPreps on Wednesday, choosing to go with USC.
The 6-foot-6, 280-pound monster is regarded as the eighth-rated
offensive tackle and No. 35 overall prospect by 247Sports. He chose the Trojans over Arizona State and Washington.
Jackson paved the way
to nearly 360 yards per game for the Rattlers. Jackson also had 80
tackles, 29 for losses, on defense and claimed MaxPreps second team
All-American honors.
He's also a terror on the hardwood and averaging 9.0 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for the Rattlers.
