Volleyball Recap: Morgan Park Takes a Loss

Morgan Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lindblom Eagles. If the Mustangs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-18.

Leah Harris was the offensive standout of the contest as she had six aces.

Morgan Park's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Lindblom, they moved to 5-7 with that victory, which also ended their four-match losing streak.

Morgan Park has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Thornwood on the 6th. As for Lindblom, they will square off against Back of the Yards College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
