Holy Family Academy entered their tilt with Thunderbird Adventist Academy on Thursday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Thunderbird Adventist Academy. This was a revenge game for the Padres: when they faced off against Thunderbird Adventist Academy back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

Holy Family Academy wouldn't go down easily and took Thunderbird Adventist Academy into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-14, 25-23, 23-25, 15-9.

Holy Family Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Thunderbird Adventist Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Holy Family Academy will take on Tohono O'Odham at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Thunderbird Adventist Academy, they will square off against Ville de Marie Academy at 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday.
