Barrington won the last time they faced Hersey and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Fillies/Broncos had just enough and edged out the Huskies 2-1.

If you add up the scores from across all three sets (70-66) Barrington actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 16-25, 25-22.

Kalyn Brookbank paced Barrington's offense, picking up 15 kills. Brookbank got some help from Eve Adler and her 21 assists. Antonia Rojas controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Barrington now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Hersey, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Barrington will be taking part in a tournament against Warren Township at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Hersey, they will welcome Prospect at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
